Practice Manager
Cate is our all-round team member who you will see sometimes in the surgery assisting the dentist with complex treatments and other times at the front desk to answer all of your dental queries and payment plan arrangements. She is very dedicated and keen to help every patient meet their dental health needs and she will guide you through the process so smoothly
At the front desk, Natalie warmly greets patients, answers questions, and helps with check-out. She enjoys helping patients with the financial aspects of their dental needs, including insurance, payments, and claims. She speaks multiple languages, enjoys camping and travelling, and loves to make new friends. She looks forward to meeting you at the clinic.
Front Office Coordinator
With over two years of experience in administrative roles, Melisa brings her expertise and friendly manner to ensure that every patient feels welcomed and well cared for from the moment they walk through the door. With a genuine passion for helping others, Melisa takes pride in assisting patients with the financial aspect of their treatments, answering queries and concerns, and ensuring that appointments are booked to suit our patient’s schedules.
Senior Dental Assistant
Being an overseas-qualified Dentist, Affa brings her knowledge and applies it to her work. She is fully aware of all dental procedures and standard infection control procedures; hence, she plays her role efficiently with the dentist. With over two years of experience in dental assisting in Australia, Affa is passionate about upskilling herself and is currently in the process of taking her licencing exams to become a dentist.
Pressi is originally from Malaysia and moved to Australia in 2017. She is one of the Qualified Dental Assistants you will see throughout your procedures and sometimes in the reception receiving your payment, answering calls, or booking appointments. She goes above and beyond so you receive exceptional care throughout your consultation, procedure, and recovery.
She’s multilingual and speaks English, Malay, Malayalam, and Tamil. She loves to travel, explore new places, and try new cuisines whenever she gets the chance. Photography is another passion of hers.
